Sixteen years ago on a rainy morning Daphne’s tennis game got cancelled and she stumbled upon a yoga class at the gym. With a background in other physical disciplines like martial arts and swimming, she thought this would be the same, but after her firstclass she realized that yoga had an element of spirituality to the physical experience. After years of practice, she wanted to share the benefits of the practice with others and became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2011.
She is known for her authentic, fun, inclusive teaching style, and, heart-centered philosophy. An eclectic music play list easily guides beginner students in the fundamentals and gives seasoned yogis opportunity to explore with ample space for self-discovery and encouragement to grow both physically and spiritually.
