What are Yoga Joint's booking policies?
All monthly members must cancel their class reservations at least 4 hours prior to class. If a member cancels their reservation within the 4-hour window a $10 late cancel fee will be charged. If a customer does not show up to class there will be a $20 no-show fee. You must show up to class no later than 2 minutes prior to keep your space. If you are a class pack holder, your class credit is lost if you cancel within the late cancel window or do not show up for class. Please call or email the studios with any questions about our booking policy.
What is the temperature in your hot classes?
Yoga Joint classes are between 96-99 degrees Fahrenheit.
Do you offer a free first class?
No, rather we encourage first-time students to take advantage of 50% off of your first month with our New Student Offer.
Can I go to any location?
We have an unlimited membership specifically created and priced for the Yogi who likes access to multiple Yoga Joint Studios.
Do I need to pre-register for class?
You don’t need to reserve a space for your class but we do encourage it. Download our YJ app to register or use your MindBody account.
Do you offer a monthly membership?
We offer two monthly memberships that are billed month to month with no commitments and are billed automatically for as long as you choose to remain a member. There is a mandatory 30-day notice requirement to suspend or cancel your membership. No refunds will be given once your membership is billed. Memberships must be canceled or suspended by filling out our form in-studio or online. Book your membership today by visiting or calling one of our locations.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! The gift of yoga is priceless. Contact a studio near you or purchase through our app today.
What do I need to bring and what should I expect for my first class?

Do you have showers/locker rooms?
Yes! Showers are available to our students with complimentary shower products. We have lockers to make your practice convenient running to or from work. Please use lockers and do not leave belongings in your vehicle.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are priced individually. Please contact your nearest studio with further questions about our memberships and pricing options.
What should I wear/bring?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move and sweat in. We have yoga mats and towels for rent or purchase as well as a boutique with the latest yoga apparel. You may bring water or buy it at one of our locations. Refer to our New to Yoga page.
What is your return policy?
All services are non-refundable. Memberships are month to month with no commitments with a mandatory 30-day notice policy to cancel or suspend. Please refer to the above question on memberships. Retail is non-refundable but can be exchanged within 7 days with a receipt. Retail must be unworn and in a saleable condition to be exchanged.
How often should I practice?
We recommend a consistent yoga practice, 3 days a week or more combining our Fusion Flow and FIIT45 classes. For those of you who use Yoga as a complement to your workout routine, we have priced our memberships to make it easy and affordable to do so.
How old do I have to be to attend class?
You must be a minimum of 16 to attend class by yourself. You must be a minimum of 10 to attend class with a parent/guardian. Anyone under the age of 18 must have their parent/guardian sign their new student waiver.
Can I leave my children in the common areas while I attend class?
Yoga Joint does not allow parents to leave their children unattended in the common areas while taking a class.
