Achieving the best of both worlds through a workout and the ultimate work in, our signature Fusion Flow yoga class will reset your mind and body leaving you feeling energized and renewed. This cleverly reinvented hot Vinyasa yoga flow created by Paige Held and Kelly Green is all levels. The class is initiated with mobility movement, which then escalates into a heart pumping standing series and winds down into blissful deep stretching. Expect thought provoking dialogue and toe tapping beats from our highly trained yoga teachers. Focused Intelligent Interval Training-We know, mat workouts in heated rooms are all the rage. We’ve got you covered with this high intensity, low to medium impact, full body muscle shredding workout. Prepare to jumpstart your metabolism, burn out all major and minor muscle groups, and increase your endurance while maintaining the principles of mindfulness. We’ve taken it to the next level Yoga Joint style by equipping you with a multitude of weights, bands, and balls, which are totally optional and there to intensify your workout. Prepare for a major shift with our high energy music and empowering teachers as they help you push past your limits in just 45 minutes.
Follow our teachers through our signature Fusion Flow as they intimately and minimally guide you through this spiritual experience on the mat. The music takes precedence as all students flow together in union allowing personal expression and your “internal teacher” to shine through. You will experience the moving meditation, which is the reason for the asana. First time yogis should take Fusion Flow classes prior to embarking on their Fusion Follow journey.
This class is specifically designed to complement and balance our Hot Fusion Flow and Fusion FIIT classes. This deep stretch, low lit class, where the poses are on the ground, allows the body (muscles, nerves, bones, ligaments, tendons, connective tissues) to repair and replenish. The slow meditative pace of Fusion Restore poses also gives your mind space to release the stresses of daily life. We recommend you add Fusion Restore to your practice at least once a week. This class is open to all levels.
Prenatal yoga differs from our Hot Fusion Flow™ in that classes are held in a non-heated room (76°-78° F), move at a gentler pace, and incorporate modifications to accommodate you and your growing baby.
